KCM Return Policy

Any KCM products can be exchanged or returned for a refund within (15) business days of receipt of purchase, minus the shipping charge.

All products for exchange must be prepaid freight and received back in its original packaging accompanied with a note for the reason of return.

Notice of defective products must be made within (10) business days of receipt. A complete description regarding the nature of the defect must be included with all products being exchanged or returned.

Upon receipt product will be inspected. A refund will be issued to the original credit card used within (10) business days.

Shipping Rules & Regulations

KCM currently ships within the United States (excluding Puerto Rico). We do not ship to APO/FPO or P.O. Box addresses and we do not ship internationally.

Free shipping is offered on orders over $50 under the following terms and conditions:
  • This offer is valid on all orders over $50 excluding taxes
  • This offer does not apply to Hawaii or Alaska
  • This offer cannot be combined with prior orders
  • This offer does not apply to multiple shipping addresses
  • This offer is not valid with any items out of stock

Shipping Procedure

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days, Monday through Friday.

Orders placed on holidays and/or weekends will ship the following business day. Please allow an additional 1 to 2 business days for shipping as our facility will be closed.
