Terms & ConditionsKCM Return PolicyAny KCM products can be exchanged or returned for a refund within (15) business days of receipt of purchase, minus the shipping charge.All products for exchange must be prepaid freight and received back in its original packaging accompanied with a note for the reason of return. Notice of defective products must be made within (10) business days of receipt. A complete description regarding the nature of the defect must be included with all products being exchanged or returned. Upon receipt product will be inspected. A refund will be issued to the original credit card used within (10) business days.
