Shipping Rules & Regulations

At this time we can only accept shipments to physical address only, we are unable to ship to PO Boxes. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

KCM currently ships within the United States (excluding Puerto Rico).

Shipping Procedure

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days, Monday through Friday. Please allow up to 48 hours for orders to be processed. Orders placed on the weekend will be processed on Monday.

Shipping Charge Within the Continental U.S.

KCM Brands is pleased to offer free ground shipping on orders $50 and above.

Weekday Orders

  • Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday) excluding major holidays.
  • Orders placed by 3:00 pm EST will be shipped the next business day. Orders placed after 3:00 pm EST ship two business days from the date of order.
  • Orders can not be checked/amended until the following business day.

Weekend Orders

Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed / shipped on the following business day.

Standard service is not available for deliveries to Alaska or Hawaii. (You must use 2nd Day Service or Next Day service for delivery to Alaska or Hawaii).

Shipping to AFO / P.O. Boxes

We apologize for any inconvenience; however, we do not ship to AFA/FPO or PO Boxes.

USA Shipping / International Shipping

KCM Brands ships only domestically within the United States.  At this time, KCM Brands does not provide international shipments.  However, please feel free to contact our Customer Service department at customerservice@kcmbrands.com if you would like to discuss becoming an International Distributor.

Returns, Exchanges, and Damage

We want to be sure that you are completely satisfied with your kcmbrands.com purchase.

You may return your purchase within 15 days for a refund or exchange (excluding return shipping fees). Please follow the instructions provided in your package. Please ship by insured Parcel Post, for your protection and to insure prompt delivery.

Unfortunately, shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
